Build an AI business you own.

Your brand. Your IP. Your margin. Our harness.

Conversive is the conversational intelligence layer partners build on, not a platform you join.

The Harness at the centre — your CRM, your voice stack, your LLM and your data connect into it

Bring what you have. Take what you're missing.

Most partners arrive with pieces already built — a CRM, a voice stack, an LLM relationship, a carrier contract. Conversive doesn't ask you to replace any of it. Bring your own LLM, your own telephony, your own CRM, or none at all, and add only the layers you don't already own.

01

CRM & work platforms

Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, Creatio

02

Contact centre & UCaaS

Vonage, RingCentral, Genesys, Aircall, 8x8, Dialpad

03

Vertical CRMs & systems of record

Healthcare, lending, legal, education, real estate, staffing

04

Standalone / headless

No CRM required at all

You didn't imagine this. It's real, and it's everywhere.

None of this means you're behind. It means you're building the wrong layer.

  • Customers are asking for AI conversations inside your product — not next year, now.
  • Compliance is expected out of the box, not bolted on later.
  • Deals are being lost to competitors who already ship this.
  • Engineering's honest estimate is 18–24 months.
  • The roadmap cannot absorb another year-long build.
  • You're already stitching raw APIs together and carrying the maintenance yourself.

Four things a real AI business controls that a reselling arrangement never gives you.

1

Brand sovereignty

Whose name is on it?

White-labelled SDK — your UI outside, our infrastructure inside.

You keep the relationship

2

IP sovereignty

What do you own at the end?

You build the vertical agents and packaged solutions on the Harness — the packaging is yours.

You create your own IP

3

Model & data sovereignty

Who controls the intelligence and the data?

Bring your own LLM, use a host platform's LLM, or run fully headless — plus data residency, consent, and audit built in.

You choose the stack

4

Economic sovereignty

Who owns the margin and the renewal?

Refer it, resell it on your own paper, or price it yourself.

You own the revenue line

This isn't a feature list. It's the difference between capability and a business.

It's not one problem. It's four.

CRM & platform integration

Not a plugin. Real, ongoing plumbing that breaks quietly when it's wrong.

Telecom

Carrier relationships, number provisioning, deliverability — infrastructure most teams have never had to own.

Conversational AI

Not a wrapper over an LLM. Journeys, memory, escalation, and human-in-the-loop control.

Compliance & regulatory

TCPA, HIPAA, GDPR and more, where a single violation runs $10,000+.

Build it once, and you'll rebuild pieces of it every year after. Or start with all four already solved.

What makes an AI agent safe to put in front of a customer

An agent that isn't governed isn't ready for a regulated conversation, no matter which LLM sits behind it. The Harness is what makes autonomy safe: knowledge layers that ground every response, autonomy modes that define what the agent can decide alone, human-in-the-loop handoffs, escalation paths, and compliance built into the flow — not added after.

The differentiator was never model access. It's governed autonomy.

Every agent response passes through knowledge grounding, autonomy modes, human-in-the-loop handoff, and compliance and escalation

See what's actually working, and prove it to your own customers.

Conversation, conversion, drop-off, and ROI analytics — not a back-end dashboard for your team, but evidence you can put directly in front of your customers to show their investment is working.

Across every partner conversation we've had, this is the capability that lands hardest — and the one every competitor buries as a minor feature.

Your stack. Your brand. Your data.

Conversive Embed is a white-label SDK — your UI on the outside, our infrastructure running underneath, invisible to your customer. Six pillars come with it out of the box:

Channels
AI Agents
Orchestration
Compliance
Integrations
Analytics

Not the same thing. Different starting points.

Conversive is the orchestration layer — standalone, and built to work with or without any single ecosystem. SMS Magic is the CRM-native route for trigger-based messaging inside Salesforce and Zoho. If you're starting inside those platforms, SMS Magic may be where you begin. Either way, you're building on the same underlying Harness.

We're not competing with your agent programme. We're completing it.

System of record

Where your customer and business data lives

Platform agent layer

Agentforce, Copilot, Zia, Breeze, ServiceNow AI — internal orchestration & agentic build tooling

Conversive

Customer-facing delivery: channels, compliance, and the Harness

The agent layer orchestrates inside your platform. Conversive delivers into your customer's actual channels — voice, SMS, WhatsApp, chat.

A case update, lead score change, or Agentforce action triggers a customer-facing conversation across voice, SMS, or WhatsApp, with real-time routing back into the record. Conversive can run on Agentforce as the LLM, on your own model, or fully Salesforce-headless — with a compliance audit trail on every conversation either way.

An incident, change request, or case status update triggers an outbound conversation to the customer or employee, keeping them updated without a manual follow-up. Conversive writes the interaction and its outcome straight back into the ServiceNow record.

A pipeline stage change or Copilot-surfaced recommendation triggers a conversation in the customer's channel of choice, with the response and next action synced back to Dynamics. Bring your own LLM or use Copilot as the reasoning layer — the delivery and compliance layer stays the same either way.

A workflow trigger — form fill, deal stage, ticket update — starts a conversation across SMS, WhatsApp, or voice instead of a static email. Every reply updates the contact timeline in HubSpot automatically, so sales and support see it without switching tools.

A CRM event or Zoho Flow action kicks off a customer conversation on the channel they actually respond on, not just email. Outcomes and captured intent are written back into Zoho, keeping the record the single source of truth.

A business-process trigger inside Creatio starts a conversation and hands the outcome — booked, qualified, escalated — straight back into the process flow. No separate messaging tool or manual data entry required to keep the process moving.

No CRM, no ecosystem lock-in — Conversive runs as a standalone conversational layer wired directly to your own data and business logic via API, MCP, or SDK. This is the path for partners who want the full Harness without inheriting a platform's constraints.

The same Harness. A different outcome for every partner.

  • A new billable SKU inside your existing product
  • Higher ACV and a new expansion surface
  • Real switching costs — you become the system of engagement
  • Live in 2–12 weeks; your engineering stays on your differentiation, not plumbing
  • More SKUs to configure, more billable hours, higher AI price points
  • Dual commission — the host platform on core and its agent layer, Conversive on the conversational layer
  • Shorter go-live via pre-built agents, RAG, and MCP integrations
  • A new services line: SMS Magic → Conversive migration and transition work
  • White-label under your own brand
  • Vertical packaging — patient engagement, mortgage onboarding, claims workflows, franchise management, tenant engagement, student lifecycle
  • Bundle AI automation with CRM implementation instead of implementation alone
  • Solution accelerators and managed services as recurring revenue, not project revenue
  • Add only what you're missing; keep what you already own
  • Messaging and AI on numbers you already have
  • Missed-call recovery as an automatic conversation
  • One unified voice + messaging thread on the CRM record
  • Your LLM and backend if you want it — our front-end conversational layer if that's the shape that fits
  • CRM integration, business intelligence layer, and compliance added to the orchestration you've already built
